Q: Warranty Information

  • All of our products have 3 months warranty.
  • Items under warranty will be replaced. Contact us at caltric@caltric.com.
  • Items damaged due to abuse or misuse are not qualified for repairs or replacement.
  • No RMA number required for a warranty replacement. Print out of the payment is sufficient. The customer is responsible for all warranty return shipping costs.

Q: Returns and Exchange Information

  • Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days of purchase and you will receive an exchange or a refund. All refunds will be credited back to the payment method used during your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in the case of returns due to our error.
  • Refunds and exchanges cannot be made after 30 days of purchase.
  • Items return must be preapproved.
